Need a smaller pulley I think

Just installed 600b on my 98 cobra. It's running well, no leaks in the piping, stock motor, and I'm only seeing ~3lbs of boost. I think part of the problem is that I'm at 6000+ feet (cheyenne WY). The blower has the 6lb pulley, so what do I need to go to for 6lbs, and where is a good place to get one?

Some of your boost loss could be due to belt slippage as well. Try to find people in your area at that elevation to see what they say for boost levels vs what they are supposed to be at sea level. Call up ATI and see what they think.
