Are there any other options for the return line other than popping a whole in the oil pan?? I have an aliminum cobra pan and would prefer to not have to drill in it.

You answered what I was wondering about. The other area to make a return is the Mechanical Fuel Pump area. Many use a cover plate and weld a fitting to it, but since your using a pump I guess your back to the pan.
I have to buy a new pump anyways since this doesn't flow enough. If I went with an electric pump I could return the oil there??
Yes
