It's a little crazy on the street so I don't drive it much.
What pulleys you running, and what rpm do you turn it to? Nice truck btw!
8" lower 3" upper spining it 6500 with major belt issues I have switched to a new bracket, race novi and 50mm cogs.
Here'a the new setup in the works.

WOW! thats awesome to say the least....
55k is the maximum suggested by Paxton, you can probably push it a little harder.
crank cog / blower cog X (step up ratio) X desired maximum RPM = impeller speed
so say you had a 73 tooth crank cog / 31 tooth blower cog x 3.54 (internal gear step up ratio) x engine rpm (6500) = 54184
77 / 31 x 3.54 x 6500 = 57153
Not sure what pullies you have there but that's how you figure it out. There is a spreadsheet somewhere on here attached to a post you can download that lets you manipulate the numbers quicker. You need Excel though to view it.
Well here's what happened with a 73/29 @7000 with a standard Novi

Ohh dear LOL! What did Paxton say to that?
Ian
That is very cool - I was admiring your idler setup. Is that the way Paxton sells the 50mm cog idler setup? Do they even make one? It looks like a Vortech 50mm kit - is it?
Pretty awesome!
