Belt ?'s for different pulley

Hey Guys,

This looks like a great website for NOVI users!

I'm just curious, what size belt will I need to run for either an F-150 pulley or the 7.5" pulley on my Novi 1000?

Where's the best place to purchase these belts?

i have the f150 pulley on mine and i use a 108.5 inch belt. its alittle bit tight to get on but the guys at napa didn't have a 109.

Jeremy, are you using every single one of you accessories (ie: a/c, power steering, smog)?


What is you setup, please list. As different setups require different lengths in belts.


I use a Gatorback belt. 103.7 inch belt. I don't use powersteering or the smog pump. I use of course everything else.

That setup is with an 8 inch crank pulley.


Before I used a 102 inch belt with my f-150 crank pulley with the same setup as far as accessories are concerned.

Right now I'm running all accesories (AC, PS, Smog, etc), but I'm planning on a Flaming River setup and removing all smog prior to doing the blower.

I was considering one of those smog eliminator pulley setups, but if I can just buy a different size belt and bypass the whole thing without the pulley then that's what I'm going to do!

Sounds like I'll have to use the string method to measure the belt length and then go down to Napa and get the belt.

Here is the best pic I have of my no smog setup.

Couldn't tell you the belt length though I cant remember since I have about 5 belts.

I see no a/c condensor lines 468LC... you have a/c?

Negative on the AC.
