Need help:Little oil out the dipstick issue

Was wondering if anyone has ever had the problem where oil comes out the dipstick up top?

Im breaking in my motor I havent really hit any high booost with it yet. But I tend to get some light oil out the top of the dipstick the dipstick does not push out of the tube holder though, It is a pep boy dipstick one of the chrome ones for like $8 that I have into my pan directly. I tried to compare it to one of Cantons dipsticks and they appear very similiar with sealing. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me to try here. I do have a pop in breahter on the oil tube on teh pass side.
