At the present moment i'm not running the smog pump, thermactor, or any of the checkvalves, but the EGR is still hooked up.
My question is should i block off the cylinder head exhaust passages going in to the intake?
My intake gets pretty damn hot even when i'm driving @ cruise speeds.
I,m thinking this will aid in keeping the Detonation Demon away by not adding hot exhaust to the already hot compressed air of the Blower.
