Need help upgrading bypass valve on 4v Cobra
OK so current project is 96 Cobra, i had put S trim with aftercooler and anderson power pipe. Now i've upgraded to T trim, mini race bypass. So do i just cut off the bypass valve hose nub off the discharge/cooler box and make the hole bigger to match the hole in the new bypass valve, then weld an aluminum 2 bolt mounting pad for the new/larger bypass valve? And then what about the power pipe hole for the bypass hose? Obviously the way it came won't flow enough so i have to enlarge that? What type of hose is used? I'd really like some experienced help/pictures. How are people running their upgraded bypass systems on mass air cars? This area of the car is really cramped...between the stock A/C setup, powerpipe, aftercooler plumbing and this bypass stuff....it's pretty nightmarish. Any help appreciated.
