That is a fuel injector nozzle. One for each cylinder.
They are characterised by having a design fuel flow at 3 bar fuel pressure. Different engines have different flows. They tend to be either low resistance, say 3 to 4 Ohms or high resistance say 13 to 16 Ohms. You can search the web with the part number and find the specification.
