The house is 1507 sq foot, but only 400 of it is living space!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol, Brandon, when we put in the hard wood floors next year, I will get intouch with you. We are going to let them put in the carpet that comes with the house for now. We are building it new, so I am not sure on the exact specs of the garage yet except that it is 2 car and 3 deep driveway.
