Just curious if any of you have tried it and what your results were.
I still like Goliath's idea of an intercooler (N2O) better, but just looking to get some real world experiences with the H2O injection.

Next year I am gunna try the N2O, I am going to get the Zex nitrous kit and order the jets in like 40-50 hp range. They now make a wet kit which is why I am going to try that route.
Why the Zex kit Chuck, my personal preference is NX (Gotta luv lifetime warranty on solenoids). Not bashing your choice, just curious if you have some insight that I don't.
The Zex kit has no soliniods so it is a cleaner install.
That is really the only reason I am picking that kit.
I see, cool.
I bought a zex kit almost 3 years ago and i havent installed it yet.
Whats wrong with using the dry?
Boosted, not actually sure of the whole process, but it would have to do something with a Dry kit having the possibility of "leaning out" more so than the wet kit. A lean condition as you know is a s/c'd motors worst enemy.
I imagine that you could get a dry kit to work, but a wet kit would be much safer.
Well if we ran our 42 lb injectors that just about everyone runs and used the Dry kit "fmu" would it be rich beyond belief. If i'm wrong it's fine as i have very little Fuelie N20 knowledge.
We need Doug the resident Nitrous junkie to chime in and "school" us. I'll drop him a pm.
You cannot use the the dry kit on a blower car. The fuel side of a dry kit closes off the return(same as a FMU) and would cause an extreme rich condition. Running you engine rich with Nitrous will do as much damage to your engine as running lean will. The single wet nozzle mounted in front of the throttle body works best.
My best friend has a 1000rwhp (408,YS trim) that uses a methonal injection set up and a NX single wet nozzle with 100 jets. His car is a little extreme, but it really wasn't that hard to tune.
Thanks Doug. Man I was backwards on that.
I guess i'm not a complete moron just a partial one! LOL
Gee Thanks Brent, now I am a complete moron and you're only a partial one, lol.
oh lord...that not what i meant...hey does that make US morons?
Darn..i guess i will run the dry kit on my svo.
