Ford P1SC with FMS A/c Delete

Anyone have any idea about mounting the P1 with FMS A/C Delete ?? Or shall I just try to get another kit that doesent relocate the P\S pump. My Vehicle is in the sig below. I plan on using the kit for a 93 cobra as I am using a cobra ECU. If the fms delete will not work I may just get the ARP kit with the "dummy" pulley.

Also here are my intentions. The P1SC kit, with the 12 rib, 3 core I/C, polished head unit. Also purchase 42LB inj, Pro-M Univer (3.5in). I already have a FP, and Boost gauge. Anything else you guys think I need ?? Also to start off I would set timing at 10, and FP at 42-43 w/o vac. Then drive to Dyno tune for custom chip.. Does this seem ok?
