I'm torn as I like both of them. My wife dosen't like the 99+mustang interior so we're leaning towards the 98 and newer T/A's and Z's. As many of you know me no matter what i won't leave well enough alone and i'll have exhaust and gears in either of them before the 30 day tag is expired :D
Let me know which ones you like as they are pretty much the same amount of money.
I'm particular to the Ford, I've drove a few f-body's and they seem like you're driving a tank to me.
See if she likes the interior on the 03 Cobra's a little better :D

I'm kinda thinking an ls1 would be fun for a daily beater! I had an 02" gt and it was a chick car for sure
i own an f body also for a daily driver with gears pulley and 145k... i went 13.8 at 102mph.. i'd go f-body before newer gt.. alot more power also
