flow matched vs non flow matched injectors

ok i talked with a pcm tuner the other day he said to go with 30# ford svo red top injectors for my supercharged 94 lt1. i have been looking online at summit, there is quite a price difference between flow matched 30# svo red tops and the non flow matched svo 30# red top injectors. whats the difference between the two types. i basically have a stock bottom end but plan on doing more to the motor in the future am i better off with say another brand 36# injector, i was thinking accel but arent too familiar with injectors, any input would def be appreciated. thanks!
