I have a SN 93 that is in great shape I have had it for about 5 months. This unit pulls very hard on my 347 coupe. I would like to sell it and I remember a thread on hear were someone was wanting to buy SN units. I have everything that comes with it including the manual. Oil cooler, discharge tubing, intake tubing. all the bolt and nuts to install it. Two sets of pullyes. Two belts.

It is polished and in very good shape. I am going to go the turbo route, I am in the process of installing the turbo. It does have the machined impellor The guy I bought it from told me it had been sent back for the racing upgrade, but I am not sure how to tell. I know on my car which is a 347" with stage II Canfeilds and a performer RPM I saw 11.8 PSI @ 5000 RPM. LEt me know if any one is interested. I can send pics if anyone wants.

Is the 11.8 PSI measured in the discharge tubing or manifold ?
That was measured at the manifold behind the TB and EGR. As the supercharger warms up it slips back down to around 9 to 10 PSI.
I myself would question that boost reading. For those expecting to purchase this blower I would count on about 6-7psi on a stock engine and 5-6psi on a modified 302.
that was the kind of boost number I was expecting when I purchased the blower. I have been wondering if the size of the line going to the boost guage would effect the reading or not. The blower came with an after market crank blower and a smaller blower pulley. They are as follows: BP 3.75 CP 6.75
I had originally set up my PMS for a total of 6PSI, however after seeing the boost numbers on the guage I changed it to 11PSI. I feel like the car is running rich based on the plugs. I am now wondering if my guage is wrong, after reading though some of the old post on hear and seeing what other people are getting out of them. I think that I will hook up the hand held to the PMS and see what it is reading. I may have a bad guage would explain the rich reading on the plugs I guess.

You will get a accurate reading from the PMS. With that same pulley size I only see 10psi on a VR4 @5400 rpm. I just don't want someone purchasing something and find out the supercharger only produces 6psi.
Yeah, I agree. I won't be able to doing anything tonight (family obligations) but I will try to find something out by the weekend. I was surprized to see the number I saw, but attributed it to the the pulleys and the fact that the guy I bought it from told me that he had an upgrade done to the unit. When I find out for sure I will post again.
Take pictures of the unit and impeller and post and I can verify which model of impeller has been installed. Many custom impellers have been made for these units in the past 20 years.
Well I had a chance to run the car this week end before I tore it down to install the turbo. And I guess it is time for me to eat a little crow. At 5500 RPM i saw 6 to 6.4 PSI on the hand held of the PMS. I also installed a new Autometer boost guage and it read the same thing roughly. The car pulls better now with the PMS a little closer to where it should be.
Can't wait to get the turbo on it. As soon as I get the unit off the car I will post some pics of it on here, as long as someone can give me some direction on how to do it.

I think you'll find turbo a whole lot less fun, street-wise than a blower. I've BTDT.

Is that because of the lag or what. I would appericate any imput before I go and spend all of the time it has taken plus whatever it takes to finish the plumbing. I will be running a 60mm air research with a .96 on the exhuast side and a .60 on the intake side. I felt like on a 347" motor it would have very little spool up time, however I am new to the turbo stuff. I do have a used S-trim Vortech I could use if I don't like the turbo, My biggest reason for the turbo was to get back some of the power the supercharger eats, and it is a little different from most of the mustangs I see.
Again I welcome any imput.
