I saw 18psi with my strim and 8" crank/3.33" in upper. I also saw 18 psi with the 2.95 upper and stok 6.87' lower. The first combo was the better setup though with less slipage and quicker buildup.Quote:

RPM's and a tight belt are a blower's two best friends.
well mine hasn't hit the 10's yet cause I haven't even been to the 1/4 lately since some changes. But it should do mid to low 10's now.
but mine has ran a 6.67@106 with 1.6 60ft in the 1/8. I don't think thats to bad with 11psi. With a looser converter it should go 6.5's, my thinking and thats what alot of other people have told me to.

did I fail to mention I bought it from Robin Lawrence? ;)
Did he call up and ask for it back now that the S-trim gets a smaller pulley and a 150# weight break?
Not yet ;)
We went back up this past weekend and he ran a 9.8 @ 136. This coming weekend is our local Mustang shootout. We will have vids and pics of this awesome S-Trim powered car!
Ian
what cam is he running to turn 6800 rpm?also, how heavy is the car?
video's would be nice :)
thanks
It is a solid roller setup, the cam is very small I think in the 612 lift range. As for the weight I am not sure but I will check on it. Last I checked I think it was 3190??
Ian
that thing runs good. did he ever have it dynoed?
He did mention getting some numbers soon but for now it runs so strong I do not think he has to worry :)
I would really like to see a 9.6X this weekend but we will have to see :)
Bob if you are reading this what do you think?? Think she will go a 9.6X :D
Ian
Thats pretty awesome!
