I had a best of 139mph as well with my YSi.
Your 60' and 1/8 mile seem to be pretty slow for a 9.6 pass. Are you running on a slick or DR? You are definitly making power out the back.

I think next time out (hopefully this weekend or so), I should run a bit better on 28W's and with better air... I think it will go an easy 9.3@146 but my goal of 8.99@150+ will be a challenge. I really can't run a smaller blower pulley without changing my tensioner setup.
This year I had ASP make me a 8.6" 10 rib Crank so I din't have to run so small of SC pulleys. I used to run a 2.65 and 8". With the YSi I was now able to run a 2.95 and now with the T I can run a 3.33 up top. I have virtually no slippage. I used to see belt dust after a few days of driving, now virtually none.
I saw a 3-4 psi increase on the YSi as a result of the pulley swap. I also did chage to 1 7/8 LT over the previous 1 3/4 LT last year with the 8 rib setup. So that may account for 1 of the 3-4 psi gain
I really didn't want to go to cogs as my car is street driven.
My best 60' on the YSi and TKO was 1.40 on 26" MT Drags.
My best 60' on the YSi and AOD this year was 1.53 on 275/60 MT DR.
I'm running 8.00/2.85, have seen a best of 754rwhp/21.5 psi, and a low of 680/18 psi. My 9.6@144 passes were done two days after I dynoed 18psi. We weren't sure where the boost went, might have been weather, might have needed more belt tension. If I could make it work, I'd run the 2.80 blower pulley and try to hit like 23psi.
I have a set of 275-60-15 mt/dr's sitting around, but I think I'd run like a 1.50-1.55 on them at this power level.
Your 133-136mph passes remind me of my passes last year, when I had massive belt slippage and was probably only around 600rwhp. I went 10.33@136mph last year with belt problems.
If I can go like 1.39-1.42 on the 28w's next time out I will be comfortable that I'm going in the right direction.
Last time out I went:
9.90@137 (oops 2-2 shift)
9.65@143 (1.45 with lower rpm shift points)
9.61@144 (spun, with higher shift points)
9.66@143 (spun)
9.96@134 (crazy lack of traction)

Are you running enuff converter and cam? My TCT is a 4500-5000 stall, and my car peaks at 6500.
My stall is about 4500 and motor is peaking low-mid 6,000 as well.
What tire psi are u running the dr's at? How are they on the street?
They seem to like 14-15 psi best. Haven't really ran them on the street. But the compound is really soft. I'd be suprised if they last much over 1,000 miles.
I put 28W's on my car this week, so we're gonna see what the car does with those and only a front shock change.
