Looks and sounds great.
Would you be willing to divulge some cam specs and your intended use for the car? I'm looking for a cam for 85-90% track use but able to hold an idle on the weekend cruises. Your's sounds just sick.
I understand if it's a "secret".
Thanks
Dave
It is around 580 lift. Duration is 240, 248 and 115 LS.
Sweet. It sounds sick. I hope mine can sound like that.
Good luck with it.
Dave
I had a Lunati cam w/ ~ 560 lift and 232/242 duration, LS of 114 and idled awesome and made over 700 wrhp w/ YSi and 23psi!
Looks very nice....What cowl and do you have drop mounts to get the Box-R to fit?
2.5" cervini, with energy suspension motor and trans mounts. No problems.
with a 351 block? you didn't have to remove any material from the intake spacer??
Or is it a 302 base w/ a big bore and strker. I see you run a dart block and I think they can go up to a 385CI
Also when you get dyno number let me see!
I have been wanting to run this intake and want to see some numbers with it!
Yep it is a 347 with a 4.125 bore.
I think it would work on a windsor. There is plenty a material in the spacer to mill down.
I will post them up!Quote:

WOW what an animal! Can't wait for some track times.
hows that intake working for you and what size of throttle boddie is that you are using
So far the car is just cruising around with no wot runs. But drivability is great.Quote:

Hey also...how do you like the 347 rod length and what not...I am deciding on a 331 or 347 next year for ~ 1000 hp 76mm turbo setup? What ya think!
I like the long rod, with a big bore.
I cannot think of any negatives about a 3.4 stroke (anymore). And the 4.125 bore helps un shroud the valves.
It is all preference, but if it was me and wanted to stay 302 based it would be a 363.
Just had it on the dyno.
With only 18 lbs of boost, 23 degrees total timing and the air fuel in the 11.0 range, the car made 740 at the tires.
750 was my goal, but I thought it would take more boost!
I will see how this will go and up the boost to the mid 20's in fall!
The finished product!
Thta is awesome.......Any pics of the dyno sheet. I'd like to see how it looked. This comfirms that my downs and GT-40 were holding me back a little!
I will post the sheet tonight.
Dyno vid!

the sheet
That is Bad ***!!! Nice craftmanship,, looks real clean... Lee
Is it me or are those pulls started at a high rpm. They seem very short?
I believe I have a dyno pull in my gallery along w/ my dyno sheet of my YSi pull and ~ 19 psi.
That's right...the gallery is now gone!
Anyway....be sure to post some times w/ this setup!
Looks and sounds great!
I have a similar combo....352 Dart Stroker....Trick Flow CNC Ported 205's...Trick FLow Stage 2 cam...83# injectors...Trick Flow R box...Novi2000 (16psi) AEM stand alone....Areomotive Compitition fuel system
see it here

I was wondering what injectors you went with....and what ECU? and how much boost are you running?
My car ran 10.16@141 with a 1.6 (shitty) 60ft
thanks
Mike
I run 83 lbers and tune with a PMS.
18# of boost?....740 kicks ***....I made 600 @6k with 15# of boost but that was with 60# injectors and they where maxing....just put in 83's and another pully....the A/F was 10.5:1 max and 24 deg of timming max...with c12...
what gas are you running?....and are you intercooled?
thanks
Mike
No intercooler (yet)!
I will run this tune on 110 octain.
Looks and sounds awsome. Who makes that discharge tube, or did you make it your self.
Brandon
I made it.Quote:

Typically for the radiator issue you need to cut the radiator tube down to about 1.5" or so and also trim the rubber elbow of the radiator hose that attaches there as well. Do a little at a time so as not to remove any more than you need to!
curious as to box's power curve
Yeah, but I still need to step down to a 2.25 thick core to clear the cogs and fan.Quote:

Or get a slimmer fan. i ran a 10 rib pulley setup and strut support with that radiator w/ a 16" fan and had no clearance or cooling issues!
Can you email any pics of that setup ?Quote:
