TO MethanoL or NOT to MethanoL guys running them please come on in

i know they work..BUT i have a blow thru mass air setup..(see pic) i've heard they are pegging the mass air meters...I dont want to get it all setup just to find out it won't work with my setup..

also heard it isn't really desighned for drivers side setups..im finding this hard to believe as well..because i've seen them on alot of d/s setups..

i have the mr freeze setup..
