You're right about this being a downgrade. As superchargers go, the NOVI 2000 is virtually BULLETPROOF! As good as a VR4 is, it's still a ball-drive blower so regular, consistent maintenance is an absolute must to keep them going. Is it really worth it for a set of brackets? Wouldn't it just be easier to make a new set of brackets? You could mock-up a set out of wood and have them water-jet cut out of 3/4" thick aluminum plate.
