Mine is now out I dont know why it even comes w/ the kit it does appear to be an air restriction to the blower. Im currently running a UPR Power Pipe and got rid of the stock set up. As far as I know removing that restrictor peice will not void the warranty, only opening up the blower or changing the pully will do so.
