Boost / Fuel questions??

Hello everyone, just registered the other day, and excited to learn some new tricks to boosting a car.

I picked up a Ys Vortech for my car, and was curious as to what boost levels I can expect. The blower has a straight discharge and an air to air up front. It came with two crank pulleys ( 6.87" - 8" ), and the blower has a 2.75" pulley.
I don’t want to make 20-some #'s of boost, but rather a safe 10 #'s or so.

My engine consists of a stock short block, modestly ported E7TE heads with bigger GT-40 valves, 'B' cam, Vortech/Saleen intake, Long tubes with an H pipe, and your supporting throttle body and intake. It now has 19# injectors.

I do have a set of 38# injectors w/ a matching 75mm Prom-M meter. My question is; can I use the 38#s with maybe a FMU and get away with more boost, or do I have to step up in injector size?

If I use the 38#s, how much boost can I run with them? I will be installing a BTM and a 6AL for spark.

Kind of a loaded question, so any help is greatly appreciated.
