I have e-mailed PSE after looking at their website. It's pretty ambiguous as to what they are offering... that is, can I buy a rebuilt unit from them, or is it only on an core-exchange basis? They can't be bothered to respond to my query.

I know this is an old post. PSE does sell rebuilt units. If you do not have a core, expect to *pay*. What exactly are you seeking?
