Recent Site Outage - Feb 11 - 14, 2012
Hello all,
I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to all SuperchargerHelp.com members for the recent site outage. The outage began some time on Saturday February 11th, and ended on Tuesday, February 14th.
During this time, a number of you sent me messages letting me know the site was down, and I greatly appreciate your diligence and concern in bringing the issue to my attention.
Unfortunately, this outage was a result of a very serious, malicious intrution by a hacker using a former admin account. Fortunately, it appears this intrution has not harmed the integrity of the forum's database, so all posts/information/photos/etc... appear to be intact. However, as a result I have taken preliminary steps to keep this from happening again and will be reviewing the security of the site to prevent such an attack from every occuring again.
As many of you will have probably already noticed, the site's overall look isn't what you're used to. Rest assured I will work towards returning the familiar look and feel of SCH as soon as possible.
Once again, I do sincerely apologize for the recent site outage.
