Problem with pulley alignment on D1SC on 96 Cobra.

The blower pulley is one rib forward of the alternator pulley. I was hoping that the idler between the two would make up for this problem but since there is no shoulder on the back of the blower pulley for the procharged cobras then the belt almost slides off the back of the blower pulley when just turning the motor over.

I tried every spacer (bushing) combination that I could that was sent with the install hardware and that is the closest I could come up with. Do I need to space the alternator pulley out by one rib. Am I just missing something hear? Anybody else have this problem.
