I want to push my sn2000 w/ ho impellor to near it's rpm limit. Is the 6-rib pulley on there going to cut it or am I likely going to need to upgrade?

I think the 6 rib will be fine.

Actually it wil be fine bud you wil mostlikely see some beltslip.
I found some extra grip by mounting an extra pulley to help wrap the superchargerpulley with extra belt.
Ofcoarse tighten the crap out of the belt helps to.
Check for beltdust around the pulley to be sure.

Well I'll give it a try when the time comes and see what happens. I'm running a dedicated belt from the crank to the supercharger and I can add an extra pulley there to ensure maximum belt wrap around the supercharger pulley.
