    novi 2k inspection?

    Looking at a Novi 2000. When spun by hand i hear what sounds like a very slight scraping sound. But the blower is supposedly new. Looks new, like it was never used. There is no play or anything in the shaft and I can not see any scrape marks. Is it normal? Could it just be the sound of the gears inside?
