    iTrader Feedback System

SuperchargerHelp.com now features iTrader, a feedback system for the buying and selling of items between members on the site.

This system is similar in function and appearance to the feedback system seen on eBay. And like the system used on eBay, a user's iTrader rating represents their reputation as an SCH buyer or seller. It's made up of comments and ratings left by other members bought from and/or sold to.

Members can access iTrader by clicking on the Community link in the site's top menu bar, then selecting iTrader from the drop-down menu. Members can view each other's iTrader ratings by clicking on the Feedback Score tab on a member's profile page, or by clicking on the number following their Feedback Score which appears under a user's name in each thread post.

This system is being implemented as a means of helping to build trust among the SCH community, particularly those who buy and sell items in the classifieds section.

A How-To guide will be posted soon to help users through the use of the iTrader system. In addition, reference to the iTrader system will be added to the Classified Section rules.

If any member encounters any problems or issues with the iTrader system, please report it in the Support & Feedback forum or by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the forum pages.

With the recent update to vBulletin 4, the iTrader Feedback system has been disabled and subsequently no longer available for the members of SuperchargerHelp.com.

At this time, there are no immediate plans to implement a replacement to iTrader. However if there is enough interest in the return of a buyer/seller feedback system then steps can be taken to implement a replacement system for iTrader.
