Novi2000 Belt noise???

I have 93 notch which has Novi2000 dual idle pulleys 8rib which makes a Belt noise once the belt warms up. If I apply grease to tensioner pulley to side of the belt noise goes away for little bit. I mounted the Novi with two brackets which seem to be correct but does seem to be little slanted or little pushed forward. Not sure if I should be using washers to bring blower back toard firewall. Blower sounds soo much better without a noisey belt. I have already replaced belt with new one, loosen tension bolt and tightened. Noise seems to always return.

Any ideas be great or personal experience. Thanks

Do whatever you can to get the belt inline, if shimming does the trick then do it.
The belt will break or come of eventually if you nothing
