Cut the end off of a fitting, tapped it for a barbed fitting that was the correct size for the Mr. Gasket pump
It's easy to just throw money at a project and have it turn out flawless (if you have the cash).
For those of us on a budget, little things like this can mean the difference between finishing a build and having a money pit sit in the garage waiting for an extra paycheck or two.
If you find something for a good price that ALMOST works, it might be worth the effort in enginuity to make it fit.
