What boost is this pulley combo...?...

    P1SC
    3.40" blower pulley
    6.5" crank pulley

I also have an AFM PowerPipe, but I just want to know what the blower kit was supposed to make out of the box.

Alot of guys get different results by using the same pulley combo with this blower. However, the 3.40" P1SC pulley is supossed to be for 8-9psi, however there are guys who see 10-12 with this.
A 6.5" crank pulley is the stock GT crank pulley so you could expect the 8-9psi as advertised, although your motor is obviously far from stock and you may see less w/o the power pipe.
Let us know what it makes.

Yea, I am sure that my motor will make less than advertised with out a doubt... just hoping for now at least that the power pipe will make up for it. I also ordered up the re-designed discharge tube which is supposed to be better and help out a little as well. We will see... I am sure that I will get bored with ~10psi if that is all I'm going to make... so I will more than likely up it right away if that is all I see and get a different pulley. What pulley is for 14-15 or so?

Refresh my memory, what belt setup are you going to be running, 6 or 8 rib?
For 14-15psi I would run a 3.1 or 3.0 blower pulley and upgrade the crank pulley to a 7, maybe a 7.25 if you could find it. Belt slippage is going to start being a problem w/a 6 rib setup.
You could try running a larger blower pulley such as a 3.2 and get a larger crank pulley like a 7.25 if you can fit it w/o hitting the water pump. This will help eliminate belt slippage.
A friend of mine is running a p1sc on his 94 Gt with a 3.40 blower pulley and a 6.75 crank, TFS heads, stock cam, TFS street intake and see's 10-11psi with that setup. He is using a copy of my home made power pipe as well which probably gave him an extra 1-2psi.
    BTW on my D1SC I saw 9-10 psi with a 3.85 pulley, and 13-14 with a 3.55".

I am running the 8-rib setup. As far as I can understand... I shouldn't have any problems with belt slipage. Whatever crank pulley I put on it will more than likely clear the water pump pulley anyway because I have tons of clearance from looks. The only thing I would have to worry about at that point would be the electric fan, but anything can be worked.

These boost advertisements are obviously related to a stock motor, and stock sized crank pulley as Don was asking.
However, as I stated above, I installed a P1SC on a friends 5L GT with a 3.4 blower pulley and a 6.75" crank. He has box stock TFS heads, TFS intake, and exhaust modifications on the car and sees a solid 10#'s of boost revving the motor to 6100rpm. He has seen as much as 11#'s on a cooler evening.

Yes, but with the 6.5" crank pulley... 8lbs... is that what it is rated to? I think I am going to have to do something about that if that is the case.

Could anyone direct me to a supplier for the larger crank pullies? I have the stock GT pulley now (I think its the 6.75?) I am looking to get a 7.0" pulley and try to get some more boost with my 6 rib setup. (belt is slipping now with the 2.55 pulley)

If it truely is a custom size and ATI does not make it... the only company that I can think of that does custom pulleys is ASP. they do great work and should be able to help you out if ATI doesn't make it.
