Setting up a BOV?

Put an intercooler system on for my vortech s-trim. I have a question about the bOV. I know one small port is vacuum/bost control to open/close the valve, and the large port goes to vortech intake after the maf. but my Bov has a second small port that comes out bellow the diaphragm, where should that go?

I found out that the smaller port is a vent for the diaphragm. And needs to stay open. I also converted the system to a Blow thru system. Mounted MAF after the intercooler and the BOV after the vortech and just vents to the atmosphere. Solved all my problems of compressor surge and deceleration fluttering.
