Blow off valve or bypass valve??

Just picked up a novi 2000 and I'm wondering if I need to use a blow off valve or a bypass valve? I'm a little confused as to what I need? Hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction. Novi is going on a fox mustang, R block 331. Looking to make around 15 psi...

    Thanks

You will want a bypass valve. You wil probably want something more than the standart cheap bosch bypass valve as well.
