Vince has asked some good questions - we're going to need more information so we can help you out.

What supercharger are you talking about? What engine is it going to be used on? How much boost are you looking to make?

We're all here to help, but we need more than "how do I find the right pulley ratio?" without knowing the supercharger in question, the application, and how much boost you're hoping to produce. Superchargers may fundamentally perform the same function as a turbocharger, but their setup is very different so nobody here can tell you with any certainty whether you even NEED a bleed valve without knowing much more information.
