    Changing the S/C oil

I'd like to change the oil in my P1SC and it looks like quite a challenge. How much of a pain is it, do I have to take the unit out of the car to do it?

    Thanks

Yes just unbolt the head unit from the bracket and undo the drain plug from the bottom. Then remount and add 1 bottle of oil.

Find a decently sized syringe (or maybe a turkey baster) and attach a small piece of hose to the end. Insert into the dipstick hole and suck out the old fluid. The procharger corvette systems come with a contraption such as this.

My mechanice changed my P-1sc oil once while I was having some other work done. The guy ended up with oil all over his shirt and neck, seems it was under some pressure so be aware of that. I was there and saw him covered in oil. Well 6ozs or less.
