Tired of working on the car!

I don't want to work on my car anymore. I just want to drive it. I'm a little burnt out right now. Wireing does that to a guy everynow and then.

Drive it on down to Canada and I will help you out :D I am looking forward to working on mine, but I can feel for you.

When I did my car last year, I did it much too fast and hated the thing every day. I have since learned you get what you pay for, and things should be done right the first time!

Anyhow, stay on it - I cannot wait to see that intake on your ride!

I'm sure I'll get to this point with my little project. I'm starting the 1st week of April on my swap and I have lots to do from pulling the motor from the donor car and the 2.3 out of the Bird, send the 5.0 shortblock off for a rebuild, remove all the T-Bird EEC wiring, paint the engine bay, swap the Mustang EEC wiring into the Bird (biggest part of the job believe it or not), put the 5.0 back together after getting the shortblock back, dropping that in along with the 5 speed. Pull the dash to change my heater core (it's shot!) and the pedal assembly. Fab up intermediate pipes for the exhaust since Mustang stuff is too short. Plus lots of other little tid bits that will test my patience. It will be a pain in the *** no doubt, but it will be all worth it the day I start it up and listen to 400+++hp of blown small block Ford singing through the exhaust. I figure I've got about 8 weekends worth of work. If it's running by the 1st of June, I'll be happy.
