I'm running 13psi w/o any troubles. Ive been told that anything over 15 and you should upgrade to a race bypass.

I have heard 18 and over... with 15, I really think you would be fine with an inch and a half bypass.

The only thing I hated about that valve was it does leak, pretty good too. Mine stuck open once and I couldn't make more than 3 psi when it usually always made 17 psi. To fix the sticking part, I put heavy axle grease on the moving parts and that stopped the movement. Procharger sells the big race by-pass valve for $299 and it is very well worth it to buy that one.

    710.0 RWHP & 834.4 RWTQ with 14 psi of boost....SO FAR!

So far my bypass is working good even though I'm not making as much boost as most of you.. Only 10lbs here but I bought the Vortech Mondo bypass valve when I bought the blower so I just have to weld it up to the intercooler pipe leading to the MAF.. It was only like $220 and flows 600cfm at 10lbs (almost as much cfm as an A-trim haha;) )
