Im running the D1SC 12 rib setup Im getting about 8PSI right now with the 4.25 inch blower pulley.I take the motor up to about 6300 right now.This is on a 408W.What size pulley should I run to get say 15PSI.Thanks again.

Well this is a completely different setup than you have, but the same blower. 302, stock short block, stock cobra intake, D1SC 6-rib setup, Gt40X heads cleaned up, .529 lift E303 cam, full exhaust...blah blah.. On a 3.85" pulley the car made 10psi, and on the 3.55 the car is at 13 @6000 rpm.
I'd call ATI to verify, however I would guess to say that anthing from a 3.55 to a 3.30 should be the right size revving your motor to 6300.
