I run p heads with 1.94/1.60 valves. When Mike Post tunned the car he could'nt believe how much power the heads made. 435/435 on a poor tune. This is with an E-cam and an Exploreer intake. Not exactly Hi-po parts. They are also alot less prone to blow head gaskets. Steel vs. aluminum.

Eric, if you don't mind my asking,

How much boost are you running?
What mods have you done with the Interceptor?

I'm running home ported iron Cobra heads, ported lower Edelbrock Performer intake + Ultradyne 216/216 x .515/.515 cam, n/a I'm making @ 290 rwhp. Hoping to crack the 400hp mark on the 30# injectors, with help from an F150 pulley and eec-tuner.

Unfortunately I've had my Novi kit sitting in a cardboard box since early August, first got sidelined with some ecm problems, then cooling problems, and now the car is sitting under a pile of snow since xmas... frickin frackin A!

I have some ported Vic Jrs that supposedly flowed 320cfm and 240cfm @ .700 lift and 28". I never did see the flow sheets though.....
The motor made over 800fwhp at only 15lb boost and 18 degrees timing, so the heads don't seem to be a restriction.

Great looking motor q777, seen you post on corral. Nice video of your motor on the dyno also.

I had Brian run them on his flowbench, 311.8cfm / 273.8cfm @ .700, water i'm not sure about.

    TEA ported TFS heads.

On my stock shortblock 302 combo, with an s-trim, and an off the shelf Lunati cam, my car made 575rwhp on pump gas with a safe A/F ratio (11.9:1). These are the same heads I'm using on my 377 setup with an Ed Curtis cam and a Spyder intake.
