I stripped a Bolt out "What do I do"?

I stripped out the top bolt on the s/c mounting bracket that goas to the block. I guess by putting it in/out so many times that I did it loosened up the threads and now some of the threads came out with the bolt. I can't tighten it. What do I do?

1. Re-tap the whole to a bigger screw?
2. Put a self tapping screw in it?
3. Drill a whole clear threw the bracket and put a nut/bolt on?

I will drill it out and install a heli-coil..
