    help with tensioner install

I just started installing my new Novi 1000 and I installed the tensioner for the supercharger, but I don't see how to install the tensioner for the stock belt " for the powersteering, alternator". I will take pics and post them shortly

If anyone knows how please help :)

    thanks

they didnt include that part in the instructions. Mine was the same way. It goes in the two bolts to the very right on the plate.

thats what I thought, but in the tensioner pulley there is only 1 bolt and it is huge how do you mount it there?

    P.S. Yes it's the new one :)

do you have the bracket to mount the stock tensioner? Its a separate "square" aluminum piece that goes on the main bracket and then the tensioner bolts to it with the big bolt.

mine doesn't look like you describe it

My bracket looks totally different than how you describe it. Mine is a 1990 LX-GT do we have the same style?

    Here is my bracket:

If you can get a picture of yours it would be great.

    Thanks

mheinjr: That is the stock bracket, you do not use that with the supercharger.

look at the apendices added to the back of the installation guide. it has prints with detailed fittments, on the last appendix page there are both brackets that should have come with the kit, did you recieve both of these?

I didnt get the bracket either, or the instructions on how to mount it. Call Kelly and have him overnight it no charge. You need to fax him your sales invoice so he knows you actually have a kit.

mine was that way too. Call this number 1-805-604-1336 around 8am pacific. Ask for Kelly, tell him they forgot the bracket, he will ask for a sales invoice, tell him you ordered it from MM and you dont have it. He will say call Jack and have him FAX the invoice to Kelly at Paxton.

Call Jack after 9 pacific, ask for a copy for yourself and for him to FAX one to Kelly.

Thats exactly what I had to do.

1-888-9-PAXTON - You can either ask Jack @ Muscle Motors to fax you an invoice, or maybe Kelly can take the serial number from your head unit. I would suggest the actual invoice is a nice thing to have.

Kelly is the Paxton rep, mention you are a NOVIPOWER member.
