Supposidly you can get them at an auto parts store. I haven't checked yet, so I don't know, but I don't see it being too big of a deal. Which one sounded better to you anyway?

I would definitley run the PCV, I ran without it at first (as per ATI's instructions and vented it to atmosphere with no vacumn) and I noticed the front seal seeping on my NEW shortblock, but as soon as I hooked the PCV back up it disappeared. These engines were designed to have some kind of negative pressure in the crank cases and when you get rid of that you are asking for trouble. BTW, I am using the PCV from a turbo Buick GN. I went to Autozone last week and checked to see that they carried it and they do. But I still want to run the check valve because when I blow thru the Buick PCV I can still feel air seeping... Maybe thats my boost leak?

Yea, my idea was to get both a PCV that was designed for a forced application (thank you for that recomendation) and a check valve just for good measure. My only concern with that, is that I will be introducing un-metered air, but I guess with a the right tune, it won't matter.

As long as you have a good i.e. correct tune, you won't have a problem. I have talked to many guys that are still running the PCV on a blown MAF car and have no problems with the un-metered air situation. I am currently doing it with no problems, even though I haven't had a "perfect" tune done the car runs great. If you think about it, even in factory trim its getting un-metered air from the valve cover and the PCV system... and I believe all Vortechs still run the PCV to the intake.

I'll just do that then. What forced induction application from the factory do you think will work out the best? I know that some people have used the SVO's PCV, GN/GNX, and I have heard somethign about the lightening? I don't know which one would work best.

I did some research at parts stores last week on that, and I was always told the SVO turboed cars would work, but most stores didn't have the PCV in stock for them. I did find the one used on the 85-86 Buick Regal turbos and that is what is in my car. It plugs right in with no problems. I don't think the other Ford factory blown cars would work because they are all roots blowers (super coupes, lightnings etc) and wouldn't have same setup as we do. I am in the process of finding the one way check valve also, I will let you know if I come up with anything.
