    Steel mandrel bent discharge tube for the fox Novi 1K Pics...

    Here is a pic of the setup that Ian and I have plus quite a few others. This is a mandatory upgrade for the Novi on a fox. The plastic one will not last more than a month before it collapses on itself. Plus it is easier to install the Bosch bypass with this set up.
    Let me know if there is any further interest in these tubes because I may be able to help those who don't want to screw with making one themselves.:)

    i would definately be interested in one for mine. the plastic junk is already caving in on mine. are you going to get them made up and then sell them? if so how much?

    That's a nice-looking pipe--nice smooth curve! I would think that a lot of people would be interested in getting one.

    I made my own, because I had to reclock the blower to clear the hood in my Cobra, so the pipe had to be somewhat longer than stock. I have a bandsaw and TIG welder, which made it possible, but most folks do not.

    I'd like to take a stab at rolling my own -

    Is this built from a 3" OD mandrel bent 90 L? Was thinking maybe a SST tube from Magnaflow would be nice, but I'll probably be DIY ceramic coating the pipe with Techline, like my headers. Looking at Magnaflow's website, I'm not sure if their short pipe bends are SST or not; they are listing a 3" 90 L with 14" length to the bend and a 5" radius in the C-line (part #10709). Is this about what is needed? thx

    I'd be interested in a custom discharge tube!! This POS plastic junk isn't going to cut it for much longer...

    I haven't installed my Novi 1K yet but what you guys are saying about the factory discharge I don't even want to install my kit without a custom one or a aftermarket one. So I would be interested in one if you are going to be producing some.

    My most recent pipe I made for myself.
    Turned out pretty good and is polished.
    It's not perfect because anytime you mandrel bend tubing it gets pretty scratched up.

    My inlet tube is a basterdized setup to move the filter into the fender. It consists of the stock plastic paxton inlet, the 45* part of the stock inlet, a 3" piece of tubing and the MAF with the filter on the end of it.
