    novi 2000 leaking maybe?

    Last night while I was rolling around under the car working on the exhaust and draining the oil. I noticed a little bead of oil on the underside of my novi. Right under the oil return, on the underside of the volute. It looked like it was coming from one of the bolts that clamps the volute to the housing. Maybe I just spilt some oil, when I was filling the car, so I plan to watch it.

    Any ideas if it is possible to be leaking here. There has never been any oil in the discharge tube, so I think the seals are fine.
    Also, the oil return line and fitting appeard to be dry.

    Do you have a breather on your car? I know on my car last year the oil would come out of that and go everywhere!

    Yeah, I do. Dont know if that was the prob though. I think since I'm anty funnel, I might have dripped some. I wiped it off real good last night, and will be checking it out tonight.
