    Track on sunday!

Well guy's I"m taking off work on friday, to finish my install, so I can make it to the track on sunday (last day our track is open until 03'). So I'll let you know what happens. I just orders some bfg drag radials, of the 275/60/15 variety. So hopfully I'll be able to pull some 1.8 60's or so. and go some 12's of some sort. I really don't know what to expect from a blower car, I've never even been in one! I'll let you guy's know what happens. I just hope our weather will let up a little, so I can work on the car. Let me know what you guy's think!

    Hey Brandon,
Glad to see your almost done with the install. I got a question about those tires. Did you know that a 275/60/15 equates to about a 28x10.50x15 tire. That is alot of tire and unless you clearance the fenderwells(roll the fender lips) you are going to have serious issues. If I were you I would change it to a 275/50/15 (26x10.50x15).

Yeah, doug I'm aware. I'm hoping that since my fenders are already roled I'll just have to bang on the inner fender just a little. i figured to get a drag radial to work they would have to have some sidewall. Do you know if they grow like a slick does? I plan on these being my street tire, and for a slick I'll use a 26x10.5x15. I think I'll like the better gear ratio on the street!

Doug, believe it or not the tires fit. Maybe it's my stock springs or something. There sure isn't any more room for tire though. I didn't make it to the track today, but I did almost finish my install.
