Only the kits for the newer cars (96 and up I believe) come with chips. None of the kits for the 5 liters came with one as far as I know. Kind of a rip off I think! My car didn't run for crap when I put the blower on. It has taken me many hours of tuning and a lot of money to get it streetable...
