Dealer has the valve pretty cheap, grommet not sure how much it will be.
Here's the part # for the PCV for a turbo coupe (suppossed to be better for blown applications)
PCV- Motorcraft E5ZZ-6A666
Not sure of the part# for the grommet though.

You can find the grommet in the HELP section of your local Pep Girls er I mean Boys.
You can also just use a motorcraft or fram PCV valve available at pep girls as well.:)
