what is the biggest size injector i can use with a D1sc? what is the HP capability for 42lbers?

Usually the svo 42lb injector will support about 500hp.

That page has sizes for everything at different hp levels. It says that the #42's can run up to 610hp in a blown application at the stock fuel pressure. Upping the fuel pressure (like what a FMU does for instance) will raise the hp capability accordingly. Get the proper injector for your car via what you think it will make and the only way to see if it's enough or not after that is by throwing it on a dyno with a wideband.
