Running rich??

Got my car running and it seems to be running a little rich(fat). When I shift from first to second it kinda "bogs" a little. My timing is set at 10*(BTM set at 1) and fuel pressure is 40psi w/ vac connected. Still haven't installed my PMS yet. Maybe that'll help? My fuel system is as follows:

42lb injectors
twin walbro 255 pumps
1/2" in-tank pick-up
-8 feed, -6 return
Aeromotive regulator

Any ideas? Should I turn the BTM off? Thanks.

My car does this too put only in first when I hit it. I'm pretty sure its b/c its getting to much fuel. I have an s-trim and my timing is 14° and btm on 1. I don't think there is much I can do b/c I don't have any kind of tuner just stock computer.
