    Any alternator suggestions...?

I was looking around for an alternator and I saw this:

PowerMaster: Ford: 1986-93, 140 amp, black, designed for a serpentine belt, race alternator

Does anyone have any good suggestions or is this good?

I have the same alternator. Mine actually puts out up to 161A. Works really well for my application (black magic electric fan, big fuel pump, aftermarket ignition, 660CCA gel-cell battery, and no stereo). I got mine for $75 new in the box from a neighbor who has a lot of stereo equipment and found out he needed a 200 or better.

For the price of that alt. you may want to look into an alt. for a 95 mustang (3g) at a local parts store. You'd could get a lifetime warranty one for less than or close to the price of the other or check out pa performance, thiers are lifetime as well & you get the wiring stuff to install it. Also some good deals can be had on e-bay for 3g alt's.
