    are these good heads

    My friend is trying to sell me a set of Holley Systemax II heads completely ported and polished (holley calls it a stage 2 port/polish job) 1.90-1.60 stainless valves, complete ready to bolt on for $500.oo AND also how well will these work with my Novi 1000 at about 8lbs of boost ?

    that should be sweet! And if they're your friends then you know they are good!
    89 Coupe with parts stacked inside of it and about 30#'s of dust on it with no end in sight. :weird:





    Although I am collecting parts for a 12.5:1 393 :D

    if your running stockers, 500 bucks for aluminum, i would say you'll be happy.

    $500 is a hell of a deal. Just curious though, why is he selling and why so cheap??
